As a Finance Analyst – Treasury & Billing, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end financial operations of the company, with a strong focus on treasury and billing processes across multiple entities within the group. Your mission will be to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and visibility over cash flow, collections, payments, and invoicing, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and financial performance.
You will operate in a dynamic, multi-entity environment where you’ll have direct ownership of treasury and billing activities, combining hands-on execution with process optimization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing daily financial operations with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll be part of the Finance team within a Spanish group with several subsidiaries, working closely with Accounting, Commercial, and Operations teams. You will also interact with external stakeholders such as banks and clients, ensuring smooth financial operations and alignment across the organization.
Requirements that are important for us
We are looking for a Finance Analyst with solid experience in treasury and billing, capable of managing end-to-end financial processes with autonomy, precision, and a strong focus on optimization.
Relevant experience and expected outcomes:
- 3–5 years of experience in treasury, billing, accounts receivable (AR), or finance roles within complex environments (multi-entity structures, high transaction volumes, or demanding sectors).
- Experience managing daily cash operations, including collections and payments, ensuring timely execution and optimized cash positioning.
- Proven track record in cash flow forecasting (short and mid-term), including variance analysis and continuous updates.
- Hands-on experience with bank and card reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Managing end-to-end billing processes: invoicing, monitoring, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in collections and debt follow-up (AR), including aging analysis and actions to reduce DSO.
- Exposure to banking relationships and financial instruments such as confirming, factoring, and credit lines.
- Supporting accounting and finance teams during closing processes and participating in transversal finance projects.
