IT Support

Oficina Plaza España
Full-time
Permanent employee

About this role

The challenge
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving day-to-day IT issues, keeping things running smoothly, and making life easier for everyone in the company — but who also wants to go one step further.
At its core, this role is part of the everyday reality of internal IT: supporting employees, preparing devices and accounts, managing access, and making sure workplace tools and systems work reliably. That part matters, and it will continue to matter.
But that’s not the real ambition of the role.
What we’re really looking for is someone who can take that hands-on understanding of internal IT and help us move it forward — making it simpler, smarter, more scalable, and less dependent on repetitive manual work. Someone who does not just solve issues as they come up, but who naturally questions friction, spots patterns, and wants to improve the way things work.
The direction of this role is clear: helping us evolve internal IT beyond reactive support and into a more modern, efficient, and forward-looking function. That means contributing to better processes, more automation, stronger integrations, and practical ways of using AI to support internal operations.
You’ll work across workplace support, internal systems, infrastructure, and user operations, collaborating closely with IT, Security, People, and Operations. You’ll help keep the day-to-day running well, while also helping shape what internal IT should look like next.

Requirements that are important for us
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in internal IT support and workplace operations — someone who is comfortable being hands-on, enjoys helping users, and naturally looks for ways to simplify, improve, and scale how things work.

Relevant experience and expected outcomes:
  • Proven experience in IT Support, Workplace, or similar roles managing internal IT environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting end users with hardware, software, workplace tools, and access-related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic Linux administration.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and the ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues.
  • Experience managing user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access control.
  • Experience preparing and managing laptops, software, and workplace devices across their lifecycle.
  • Experience maintaining IT asset inventory and keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security practices such as antivirus or antimalware, device protection, hardening, patching, and access control.
  • Experience participating in IT projects related to infrastructure, security, operational improvements, or automation.
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or security-related controls.
  • Ability to identify recurring issues, operational friction, or manual work that could be improved or automated.
  • Interest in scripting, process improvement, or automation in internal IT environments.
  • Exposure to SSO, identity management, workplace integrations, or AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with BYOD environments, meeting rooms, or equipment lifecycle operations is a plus.

Key skills and expected impact:
  • Strong user-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • A practical and proactive approach to solving problems and improving how things are done.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and good judgement when prioritising issues.
  • Ability to manage time well and stay organised in a dynamic environment.
  • Clear communication and strong collaboration across teams.
  • Comfort switching between support tasks, operational work, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and keep technical information structured and usable.
  • A mindset that looks beyond the immediate fix and thinks about how to reduce manual effort over time.
  • Interest in helping internal IT become more scalable, efficient, and increasingly automation-driven.

About us

Plenit (formerly Jotelulu) is the Operating Platform for IT Service Providers. We help MSPs, ISVs, VARs, and IT resellers run, scale, and grow their businesses on top of our own sovereign infrastructure, with footprint across Europe and the Americas.

We are a European cloud platform with a clear conviction: digital sovereignty matters, and the IT channel deserves a partner that speaks their language, builds for their reality, and stays close to the ground. We are not enterprise-y. We are simple, pragmatic, and obsessed with our partners’ success.

Five years in, we are 130 people, four countries, and growing fast — which is exactly why we are bringing this role on now.

We’re passionate about technology, but we’re also a bit geeky—we love Star Wars, video games, 90s movies, and pop culture. We work hard and with passion, but we also have a great time together. At Jotelulu, you’ll find a balance between work and fun, where teammates often become friends, and boredom is rare—there’s always something new, unexpected, and memorable happening.
