We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving day-to-day IT issues, keeping things running smoothly, and making life easier for everyone in the company — but who also wants to go one step further.
At its core, this role is part of the everyday reality of internal IT: supporting employees, preparing devices and accounts, managing access, and making sure workplace tools and systems work reliably. That part matters, and it will continue to matter.
But that’s not the real ambition of the role.
What we’re really looking for is someone who can take that hands-on understanding of internal IT and help us move it forward — making it simpler, smarter, more scalable, and less dependent on repetitive manual work. Someone who does not just solve issues as they come up, but who naturally questions friction, spots patterns, and wants to improve the way things work.
The direction of this role is clear: helping us evolve internal IT beyond reactive support and into a more modern, efficient, and forward-looking function. That means contributing to better processes, more automation, stronger integrations, and practical ways of using AI to support internal operations.
You’ll work across workplace support, internal systems, infrastructure, and user operations, collaborating closely with IT, Security, People, and Operations. You’ll help keep the day-to-day running well, while also helping shape what internal IT should look like next.
