The challenge
As Presales Field Engineer, you will play a key role in driving technical enablement and partner acquisition as we expand across France. Your mission will be to support IT partners in understanding, positioning, and successfully integrating JOTELULU’s cloud platform into their portfolio. You will translate technical capabilities into real business opportunities, demonstrating how our infrastructure can enhance their go-to-market strategy and deliver value to their SME clients.
You’ll be part of the GTM team, working in close alignment with Account Executives and Business Development. Together, you’ll manage a defined partner portfolio, ensuring technical validation, delivering high-impact product demos, and helping partners confidently adopt and commercialize our solutions. This is a field-facing role where technical expertise meets business acumen.
Collaboration will be essential. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to refine solutions based on partner feedback and market needs. You’ll also act as a technical bridge between our partners and internal teams, ensuring feasibility, clarity, and alignment as we scale.
Requirements that are important for us
We are looking for a technically solid Presales Field Engineer with a business mindset and strong execution capabilities. The ideal candidate combines cloud expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver persuasive product demonstrations that drive results.
Relevant experience and expected outcomes:
1–2 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Solid technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and SaaS environments.
Experience delivering product demos and technical presentations to customers and partners.
Experience managing a partner or customer portfolio with defined objectives and performance targets.
Familiarity with competitive cloud solutions and the ability to address technical objections confidently.
Desirable: AWS and/or Azure training or certifications.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Fluent in French and English.
