As a Product Manager for the IT Management vertical, you’ll play a key role in leading the development and expansion of Jotelulu’s Remote Monitoring & Management product. Your mission will be to define the product vision, roadmap, and execution, transforming complex IT management workflows into intuitive and scalable solutions for IT administrators and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will help evolve the product from its current commercial phase into a full IT management platform, integrating monitoring, alerting, automation, AI insights, and multi-tenant operations.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional product organization focused on IT management tools and automation capabilities at scale. The product is currently centered around a modern dashboard with real-time device visibility, filtering, patch and software insights, and unified ticket metrics. You will work on scaling this foundation while ensuring alignment with broader cloud and automation strategies, contributing hands-on to discovery, prioritization, and delivery of core RMM capabilities.
Collaboration will be essential. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Frontend, and UX teams to design telemetry pipelines, alerting systems, automation policies, and unified product experiences. You will also partner with GTM, Sales, and Partner Success teams to define pricing, packaging, positioning, and partner enablement, ensuring alignment across product pillars such as IaaS, Marketplace, Automation, and AI.
