Your Mission

As Head of Sales – Portugal, you’ll lead the commercial expansion of Jotelulu in the Portuguese market. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales team, defining local go-to-market strategies, and driving partner acquisition and retention across the country.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you’ll play a key role in shaping Jotelulu’s growth strategy in Portugal, ensuring that our sales processes, tools, and people operate at peak performance.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Inspire

  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on partner success and business growth.

  • Set clear objectives, coach team members, and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence.

  • Develop and execute incentive plans to drive engagement and performance.

Drive Sales Strategy

  • Design and implement sales methodologies that maximize partner acquisition, activation, and retention.

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Portugal, aligned with Jotelulu’s global goals.

  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.

Optimize and Automate

  • Enhance sales processes through workflow optimization and automation tools (Apollo).

  • Oversee CRM best practices to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and forecasting in Salesforce.

  • Use data and analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.

Coach and Develop

  • Conduct training and development sessions to strengthen the commercial and technical skills of the team.

  • Ensure high-quality customer and partner interactions through regular performance reviews and audits.

Collaborate and Scale

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales and Partner Success to deliver seamless partner experiences.

  • Support the rollout of new products and initiatives across the Portuguese market.

  • Represent Jotelulu in local events, conferences, and industry partnerships.

You’ll Succeed If You Have

  • Proven experience leading sales teams within the IT, cloud services, or SaaS industry with strong focus on Small and Medium Business - SMB

  • Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Revenue suite, Apollo) and sales automation workflows.

  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Tableau, Power BI and Excel for reporting and forecasting.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

  • Strategic vision with a hands-on approach to execution.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Who exactly are we?

Our story is the one of a group of Cloud and technology enthusiasts who always had a clear goal: make things much easier for tech companies. Since no one was really stepping up to fill that gap in Spain’s Cloud sector, we figured—why not build our own product?

We started small, and now we’re over 130 people and still growing. Today, Jotelulu’s products are used in thousands of offices and businesses in retail, construction, industry, hospitality, transportation, and more, across over 8 countries in Europe and the Americas.

Every step we take is driven by the desire to do things better, bring something new, and shake things up—because that’s the only way innovation truly has meaning.


What are we up to these days?

After years of growing and iterating on our platform, we’re at a pivotal moment. Jotelulu powers products like Servers, Remote Desktop, DRaaS, File/Object Storage and our Marketplace—and we are moving fast towards a all-in-one platform for IT companies.

We grow 100% through channel and technical communities (sysadmins/MSPs/integrators). We are present across Spain, Portugal, France, and Mexico—new markets opening soon.
