Presales Engineer - Mexican Market

About this role
At Jotelulu, we are expanding into the Mexican market and are looking for a passionate Presales Engineer with a strong interest in cloud technology and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear and viable business solutions. This role will be a key part of both the sales and technical teams, helping potential partners and clients understand the technological and strategic benefits of our white-label IaaS platform
You will
  • Understand the technological needs of prospects and partners to design customized IaaS architectures.

  • Deliver technical demonstrations of the Jotelulu platform.

  • Design cloud architectures within public cloud environments.

  • Support the sales team in key meetings with potential clients.

  • Contribute to technical projects or proposals with diagrams, specifications, and clear justifications.

  • Compare our solution to competitors (Azure, AWS, GCP) using solid technical arguments.

  • Train new partners on how to use the Jotelulu platform from a technical perspective.

  • Collaborate with the product team by sharing technical feedback from the market.

Languages
Intermediate technical English (reading and technical conversation)
What We Are Looking For
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or IT architecture roles.

  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of networking, storage, high availability, security, and managed services.

  • Hands-on experience designing cloud computing solutions in IaaS, SaaS, or hybrid environments.

  • Ability to clearly and persuasively present complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private clouds (OpenStack, Proxmox, etc.) is a plus.

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and technical support teams.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical documentation skills.

  • Intermediate technical English (for reading and technical conversations).

  • CRM: Salesforce

  • Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams

  • Technical documentation: Confluence, Office 365

  • Task management: Jira
