Research and identify qualified leads in the Mexican IT ecosystem: MSPs, ISVs, resellers, developers, and more.
Execute structured outbound prospecting strategies: cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and automated sequences.
Apply qualification methodologies like BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC to assess real interest and fit.
Craft and refine high-impact sales pitches to secure meetings with the technical team or Partner Manager.
Keep all sales activities logged and updated in the CRM (ideally Salesforce or HubSpot).
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and prospecting lists.
Provide regular feedback on objections, lead quality, and potential improvements to increase conversion.
Hit weekly KPIs in terms of outreach volume, qualified leads, booked meetings, and opportunity creation.
1–2 years of experience in B2B prospecting (preferably in tech, SaaS, or cloud services).
Proven success in cold calling and outbound outreach.
Understanding of the IT market and its key players (MSPs, ISVs, system integrators).
Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Lusha.
Strong communication skills with the ability to capture attention in under 30 seconds.
Comfortable working with metrics and focused on daily/weekly results.
Autonomous, persistent, and resilient in the face of objections or rejection.
