Marketing Specialist - Mexican Market

About this role

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist with proven experience to lead the go-to-market and brand positioning strategy for Jotelulu in Mexico. This person will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified demand, coordinating events, paid campaigns, content, and public relations—all with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

You will work closely with the global marketing team and the local sales team to ensure alignment, impact, and market fit.

You will
  • Design and execute digital campaigns for positioning and demand generation across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and email marketing.

  • Manage and optimize organic (SEO) and paid (SEM, PPC) campaigns to attract relevant traffic.

  • Create content for blog posts, customer success stories, videos, graphics, presentations, and nurturing campaigns.

  • Coordinate public relations with specialized media, IT portals, and channel associations.

  • Organize virtual and in-person events such as meetups, breakfasts, and trade shows to support lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Collaborate with external agencies (creative, media, design) and manage the local marketing budget.

  • Monitor key KPIs for each campaign, produce reports, and iterate to improve results.

  • Support account executives with demand generation flows, automation, and sales enablement materials.

  • Identify partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and joint initiatives with key players in the local IT and cloud ecosystem.

  • Adapt and localize global messaging to the Mexican market (tone, context, channels).

Languages
  • Spanish: Native or fluent.

  • English: Professional working proficiency.

What We Are Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally in tech, SaaS, cloud computing, or IT distribution channels).

  • Proven experience designing and launching demand generation campaigns from scratch.

  • Ability to clearly communicate the value of technical solutions such as IaaS or white-label platforms.

  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (ideally Salesforce, Apollo, or similar).

  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce content across multiple formats (copy, visual, video, webinars).

  • High level of autonomy, organization, and analytical thinking.

  • Clear communication skills to present results to multicultural teams.

  • Experience working in startups, scaleups, or fast-paced environments is a strong plus.
