About this role

As an SDR for the Spanish market at JOTELULU, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, playing a key role in expanding our ecosystem of IT partners. Your mission will be to connect with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), spark their interest in our platform, qualify their needs, and schedule discovery calls with our Technical Account Executives.

This is a great opportunity to help partners take the leap toward digital transformation by showcasing how JOTELULU can integrate with and strengthen their current business model. You’ll receive full onboarding, continuous training, and close mentorship to grow professionally in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You’ll become a trusted first point of contact for our future partners in Spain, helping them understand how our cloud solutions can fit into their Go-To-Market strategy and add real value to their service offering.

You will
  • Identify and engage potential IT partners through research and outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn, social selling, events, webinars…), personalizing your approach to spark interest in JOTELULU’s platform and services.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their current challenges, business model, and needs, ensuring strong alignment with JOTELULU’s value proposition.

  • Educate prospects on how JOTELULU can help them grow, transform their business, and integrate cloud solutions into their Go-To-Market strategy.

  • Generate and manage a healthy pipeline, organizing and updating all activities in the CRM, prioritizing outreach, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with our Technical Account Executives, handing off qualified leads with clear and structured notes to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, share market feedback, and improve prospecting strategy.

  • Report regularly on lead generation activity, pipeline progression, and campaign performance to help the team hit business targets and improve continuously.

What We Are Looking For
  • Technical Skills

    • 3–5 years of experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company.

    • Proven success in business development using tools like Salesforce (or similar CRMs), Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and convincingly.

    • Comfortable analyzing lead data to prioritize opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.

    • Solid understanding of IT/Cloud services and solutions, with the confidence to handle questions and guide prospects in early discovery stages.
