About this role

Who exactly are we?

Our story is the one of a group of Cloud and technology enthusiasts who always had a clear goal: make things much easier for tech companies. Since no one was really stepping up to fill that gap in Spain’s Cloud sector, we figured—why not build our own product?
We started small, and now we’re over 130 people and still growing. Today, Jotelulu’s products are used in thousands of offices and businesses in retail, construction, industry, hospitality, transportation, and more, across over 8 countries in Europe and the Americas.
Every step we take is driven by the desire to do things better, bring something new, and shake things up—because that’s the only way innovation truly has meaning.

What are we up to these days?

After years of growing and iterating on our current product, we’re now at a really exciting turning point. Soon, we’ll start envisioning Jotelulu 2.0—the reinvention of our product—and we’d love for you to lead that change from a design perspective, working closely with our product and tech teams. It’s an ambitious goal, and the perfect time to join the company.

You will

We’re looking for a Tech Content Creator with experience in IT (infrastructure, cloud, systems…) who can turn technical stuff into useful, engaging content.

You don’t need to be a sysadmin with 20 years in the trenches, but you should understand the technical context and feel at home with firewalls, VPNs, or Linux distros.
We’re into people who can:

Explain tech without sounding like Wikipedia.
Speak to a technical audience without sounding like a sales brochure.
Use humor like another programming language (tech sarcasm welcome).

Technical content for technical humans:

Guides, tutorials, comparisons, opinion pieces, industry trend breakdowns.
Explain product launches (ours or others’) like someone who’s actually used them.

Video content (if you’re up for it):

Break down concepts, show off products, compare tools.
Be a recognizable face in our community (not mandatory, but if you like being on camera, you’ll love it here).

Content with personality:

Help create content for social media, memes, crazy-but-useful ideas, and real conversations with our community.

Languages

Native spanish and confortable with technical english

What We Are Looking For

Experience creating content for IT, cloud, infrastructure, or B2B software companies.
Solid tech writing (clear, direct, with style).
Enough tech knowledge to keep up without getting lost.
Love for technology, great documentation, and nerdy humor.
Native Spanish speaker. Comfortable with technical English (you’ll be reading docs and changelogs constantly).
You’re cool working independently and bringing ideas to the table.

Bonus points if you:

Have worked at B2B tech companies (cloud, software, devops…).
Have experience recording or editing tech videos.
Have run a tech community, newsletter, or blog.
Have had to explain what a VPN is to your parents more than once.

You will be able to
