You will
  • Prestar um apoio excecional: Ajudar os parceiros com questões técnicas relacionadas com os nossos serviços na nuvem, assegurando uma resolução atempada e eficaz.
  • Integrar novos parceiros: orientar os novos parceiros durante o processo de integração, garantindo uma transição suave e a compreensão da nossa plataforma.
  • Atuar como elo de ligação: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as nossas equipas de vendas, de produtos e de engenharia para transmitir o feedback dos clientes, os problemas e as sugestões de melhoria contínua.
  • Monitorizar e melhorar: acompanhar as métricas de satisfação dos parceiros e trabalhar de forma proactiva para melhorar a experiência global do cliente.
  • Resolução de problemas técnicos: Diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos complexos, tirando partido dos seus conhecimentos sobre serviços e infra-estruturas na nuvem.
  • Documentar soluções: manter uma documentação clara e exacta dos casos de apoio, das soluções e das melhores práticas.
  • Educar e capacitar: Proporcionar sessões de formação, webinars e fornecer recursos para ajudar os parceiros a maximizar o valor dos nossos serviços.

What We Are Looking For
  • Mais de 3 anos numa função de suporte técnico ou de sucesso do cliente, de preferência no sector dos serviços em nuvem ou da tecnologia.
  • Administração do Windows (todas as versões) e dos seus principais serviços: Active Diretory, IIS, DNS, DHCP, DFS...
  • Conhecimentos básicos de administração de sistemas Linux.
  • Capacidade de diagnosticar problemas complexos e de fornecer soluções eficazes de forma rápida e eficiente.
  • Foco no cliente: Paixão por ajudar os parceiros e garantir o seu sucesso com a nossa plataforma.
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em espanhol, com a capacidade de explicar conceitos técnicos mesmo a audiências não técnicas.
