Buscamos a alguien que no sólo resuelva tickets sino que también ayude a los part3ers a entender y sacar el máximo partido a la plataforma mostrando proactividad y ganas de contribuir. 

You will
  • Proporcionar un soporte excepcional: Ayudar a los socios con problemas técnicos relacionados con nuestros servicios en la nube, garantizando una resolución oportuna y eficaz.
  • Incorporar nuevos socios: Guiar a los nuevos socios a través del proceso de incorporación, garantizando una transición fluida y la comprensión de nuestra plataforma.
  • Actuar como enlace: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestros equipos de ventas, productos e ingeniería para transmitir los comentarios de los clientes, problemas y sugerencias para la mejora continua.
  • Supervisar y mejorar: Realizar un seguimiento de las métricas de satisfacción de los socios y trabajar de forma proactiva para mejorar la experiencia general del cliente.
  • Solucionar problemas técnicos: Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos, aprovechando su conocimiento de los servicios en la nube y la infraestructura.
  • Documentar soluciones: Mantener una documentación clara y precisa de los casos de soporte, soluciones y mejores prácticas.
  • Educar y capacitar: Impartir sesiones de formación, seminarios web y proporcionar recursos para ayudar a los socios a maximizar el valor de nuestros servicios.

What We Are Looking For
  •  3+ años en un puesto de soporte técnico o éxito de cliente, preferiblemente dentro del sector de servicios en la nube o tecnología.
  • Administración de Windows (todas las versiones) y sus principales servicios: Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP, DFS...
  • Conocimientos básicos de administración de sistemas Linux.
  • Mentalidad resolutiva: Capacidad para diagnosticar problemas complejos y aportar soluciones eficaces de forma rápida y eficiente.
  • Orientación al cliente: Pasión por ayudar a los partners y asegurar su éxito con nuestra plataforma.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español, con capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos incluso a audiencias no técnicas.
