About this role

As a Training Program Manager at Jotelulu, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of training programs that empower our employees and partners to effectively utilize and promote our cloud-based platform and services. Our offerings include IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and SaaS (Software as a Service). Your role will be crucial in creating educational content that simplifies these complex technologies and communicates their benefits. You will help various stakeholders, including management, sales, and technical users, understand the platform, its benefits, target users, and strategies for effectively selling and using it. Additionally, you will oversee our Learning Management System (LMS) operations, with a preference for experience with platforms such as Moodle.

You will
  1. Training Program Leadership:
    • Lead the design and development of comprehensive training programs for our IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, tailored to the needs of various user groups, including internal company users and external partners.
    • Ensure the creation of engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, webinars, workshops, and written documentation.
  2. Collaboration and Research:
    • Work closely with product experts, sales teams, and technical writers to gather information and ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
    • Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing and instructional design.
  3. Training Delivery and Facilitation:
    • Oversee the implementation of training programs using a variety of delivery methods, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all users.
    • Facilitate and supervise live training sessions, including webinars and workshops, to provide interactive learning experiences.
  4. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
    • Manage and maintain the LMS, with a particular focus on Moodle, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning effectively.
    • Upload and organize training materials within the LMS, making them easily accessible to users.
    • Provide support and training for internal users and partners to effectively utilize the LMS.
  5. Assessment and Feedback Management:
    • Develop assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Continuously gather and analyze feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall learning experience.
  6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for training programs, including guides, manuals, and FAQs.
    • Share best practices and knowledge with team members to promote continuous improvement in training development and delivery.
  7. Project Management and Coordination:
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple training projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Develop and adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  8. Targeted Training Focus:
    • Develop specific training modules for different roles within the organization and among partners, including management, sales, and technical users.
    • Educate management on the strategic benefits of the platform and how it can drive business growth.
    • Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell the platform, including understanding its benefits and identifying target users.
    • Provide technical users with in-depth training on how to utilize the platform's features and capabilities.
  9. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    • Stay informed about new instructional design techniques, tools, and technologies to continuously improve training programs.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and reach of our training initiatives.
Languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
What We Are Looking For
  • You have a proven track record in managing training programs, particularly for technical platforms and services.
  • You possess strong instructional design skills and can create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • You have a keen interest in cloud computing technologies and a deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
  • You have experience in training internal company users and external partners, understanding their unique learning needs.
  • You are experienced in utilizing various training delivery methods, including e-learning, webinars, workshops, and documentation.
  • You have excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • You are proficient with learning management systems (LMS), especially Moodle, and other e-learning tools.
  • You have strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing training programs, preferably in a technical or cloud computing environment.
  • Proven experience with LMS administration, particularly Moodle.
  • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
