About this role

JOTELULU is looking for an exceptional business and sales leader, and skilled executive to join us as the Country Leader for France. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for strategy, marketing, and channel sales activities in the French market and assume full profit-and-loss (P&L) accountabilities for France. You will lead by example, instilling our mission of simplifying the cloud to IT companies to improve their competitiveness.  Additionally, you’ll gain keen insight into their business needs and develop JOTELULU-based solutions that can address these needs.

As a Country Leader, you will build, train, and manage a sales team consisting of direct, inside, solutions architect, and partner sales associates. You will also play an active role in shaping and developing new partnerships to achieve JOTELULU’s strategy of being the Best Cloud Service Provider for IT companies.

You will
  • Serve as a strategic team leader. play an active role in helping the team succeed together with building a strong country brand.

  • Build and manage a highly motivated, engaged, and effective team

  • Identify, attract, develop, and retain talented people; build a positive team culture including rewards and recognition that align individuals’ focus with our company goals

  • Create sales training for your team to build their skills; coach and mentor them, improving the effectiveness of each associate

  • Lead an effective sales management process for the team, including account planning and deal realization, performance assessment, follow-up, and closing

  • Guide a multi-product sales strategy to include JOTELULU solutions in the MSP, ISV and SW Distributors segments; build references based on customer satisfaction and solution sales in the market

  • Lead cross-functional teams as part of an integrated go-to-market approach

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and regional Services teams to develop a holistic sales, marketing, and services strategy for the region, including value-selling, bundled sales, and upselling

  • Be an cloud champion within key customer relationships and help make them be successful with long-term engagements, optimising their strategic relationships with Red Hat

  • Strengthen the brand awareness within the French territory

  • Represent the company locally; in front of local administration or authorities (bank, landlord, …) and participates in the Public Relations activities (Press, Analysts) or key events such as trade shows and customer conferences.

  • Ensure that all KPIs are met or exceeded

Languages

Native-level proficiency in French, coupled with fluent English

What We Are Looking For
  • 10+ years of customer related sales experience in the Cloud / IT sector

  • Understanding of the complete sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with partners by establishing trust and credibility with an emphasis on coaching teams to achieve this high level of competence

  • Proven success in implementing short and long-term focused strategies to grow revenue within a region

  • Record of ownership over personal and team revenue targets, forecasting sales accurately, and identifying critical sales pipeline indicators

  • Experience working in a technology company; record of contributing to the broader region's business success

  • Proven experience ensuring that P&L targets are met or exceeded

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate optimally at all levels of the organization.

  • Senior leadership effectiveness demonstrated through change management, culture development, and organizational growth

  • Native-level proficiency in French, coupled with fluent English and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Successful applicants must reside in France.

  • Availability to travel periodically to our headquarters based in Madrid.
