Who exactly are we?
Our story is the one of a group of Cloud and technology enthusiasts who always had a clear goal: make things much easier for tech companies. Since no one was really stepping up to fill that gap in Spain’s Cloud sector, we figured—why not build our own product?
We started small, and now we’re over 130 people and still growing. Today, Jotelulu’s products are used in thousands of offices and businesses in retail, construction, industry, hospitality, transportation, and more, across over 8 countries in Europe and the Americas.
Every step we take is driven by the desire to do things better, bring something new, and shake things up—because that’s the only way innovation truly has meaning.

After years of growth and continuous improvement, Jotelulu is at a key moment. We’re scaling fast across Europe and Latin America, expanding our product portfolio—Servers, Remote Desktop, DRaaS, File/Object Storage, and Marketplace—while strengthening our brand presence and partner-first model.
Now, we’re looking to take our brand visibility, storytelling, and market engagement to the next level. That’s where you come in.
The role
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead Jotelulu’s global marketing strategy and execution.
You’ll be responsible for shaping our brand, defining how we communicate with IT companies, and driving demand generation across all markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead a growing international marketing team and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Partner Success to ensure that every campaign connects meaningfully with our audience.

What you’ll own and drive
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Jotelulu’s global marketing strategy, driving lead generation, awareness, and brand engagement.
- Oversee all marketing channels: paid media, inbound, SEO/SEM, content marketing, automation, and events.
- Ensure a consistent and strong brand identity across all touchpoints and geographies.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and features, ensuring impactful launches.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI across campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to align marketing with company-wide goals and KPIs.
Team & Collaboration
- Build, coach, and inspire an international team of marketing specialists.
- Foster a creative, data-driven, and performance-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to ensure consistent messaging and shared objectives.
- Align marketing with partner and customer success initiatives to reinforce loyalty and advocacy.
Market Intelligence & Growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships that expand reach and strengthen brand authority.
- Oversee PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives to position Jotelulu as a market leader.
Day-to-day tasks
- Lead weekly team syncs and 1:1s to align priorities, review KPIs, and support team development.
- Plan and oversee digital campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, paid media, email, and social).
- Coordinate cross-departmental campaigns with Sales, Product, and Partner Success.
- Analyze data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and web analytics tools to optimize conversion and engagement.
- Review and approve content strategies, messaging, and creative assets.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Oversee event strategy and participation (fairs, webinars, conferences).
- Prepare performance reports and market insights for the Executive Team.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on positioning, storytelling, and communication strategy.

Requirements that are important for us
Please, only apply if you match these:
- 6–8 years of proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven expertise in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Solid experience in B2B and digital marketing strategies (inbound, paid, performance, and brand).
- Demonstrated success in team management and leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of key marketing KPIs.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
- Hands-on mindset — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and execute.
